We don’t require returns.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you can choose either a free replacement or a full refund—your call.
How to report an issue
Please email support@enduwear.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
Once confirmed, we’ll process your replacement or refund right away.
Refunds
If you choose a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Notes
- We only cover issues related to defects, damage, or wrong items.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, preference, or change of mind.
- During high-volume periods (e.g. promotions), response times may be slightly longer.
